      work could be laid back if there was more unity on the job,

      Store managers do nothing more than sit around and talk on the phone and expect Assistant to do all the work.

      most storage customer are great -

      Cons

      employees steal from the company - management does nothing about it... if you have stock = sell... they have a corporate Q&A monthly and never answer the question put forward and they choose the question. But its mandatory to watch their video. Bonus' are bogus... the company core values are not up held at store level - that means they are not up held at any level... 10.00 per hour to clean, sweep, dust, blow leaves or snow and then try to help a customer all dirty and smelly... not a nice way to handle customers... so many things wrong - needs a lot of help
