Pros

Can create your own (realistic) schedule with store manager, Paid more than minimum wage, Get to work with a variety of different people at each store.

Cons

"Bonuses" are next to nothing, upper management lacks communication with anyone lower than a home office job, individual medical plans at store level only (no vision or dental and you cannot have any family on your plan with you)...home office employees can have family members on theirs, expectations of your store can be very unrealistic which causes your bonus amount to drop when you don't meet your budgets.
