They are giving store mangers multiple stores now keeping an associates at the store most of the time by themselves to do store manager duties without store manager pay. This really sucks leaving someone to run a store by themselves for almost a year and someone else gets the bonuses. If your going to try to cut corners don't pay your employees next to nothing and your turnover rate would get better. They spend too much on training employees just to have them quit.because the pay is too low.

The budgets are always unrealistic. HR is a puppet of management. Diversity at the corporate level is a joke. The pay is below industry standards. Every single metric known to man is focussed on. Employee morale is not high and turnover is a very common theme.
