      You get to work independently

      After your 2 weeks of training you're left alone to figure everything else on your own if you don't remember. When things weren't right I was ridiculed by the regional manager just for asking for help.

      There's nothing I could really say was good.

      This company is looking to be the largest at the expense of anyone. You work alone doing everything from Cleaning property, renting units, changing light bulbs, dumping trash left behind, You're a maintenance man etc... They're getting all the work out the manager or assistant. The Dm's don't know anything about how to operate the business and they don't come out to learn. All directions are via phone or email and when they do call its to let you know you messed up but yet the newer ones don't have a clue on what's right or wrong.

      work alone can score neat stuff sometimes

      work alone in dangerous area and be gaslit about the area. low pay for duties. you will be tricked into wearing twice the amount of hats than you are being paid for.
