Pros

All i can think of is Benefits.

Cons

They can keep reducing hours even full time. They send you to cover other stores and they do not pay for mileage. System is always down.

Pros

Vacation time if your approved for it, and sick time

Cons

They are giving store mangers multiple stores now keeping an associates at the store most of the time by themselves to do store manager duties without store manager pay. This really sucks leaving someone to run a store by themselves for almost a year and someone else gets the bonuses. If your going to try to cut corners don't pay your employees next to nothing and your turnover rate would get better. They spend too much on training employees just to have them quit.because the pay is too low.

Pros

If you get lucky like I did my first year with the company, you’ll have a wonderful Area Manager who communicates and cares about their stores. If so, great place to work.

Cons

I transferred to another state altogether and worked at another location under completely different leadership and got nothing but disappointment. Never have I ever worked at a place the just took the motivation out of you. Close to non existent communication, unprofessional, made to feel invaluable. Reached out multiple times to higher ups and got ignored. Expected to work at locations close to an hour away without even being asked and all that including high responsibilities with little pay. Nothing is ever enough. Store constantly under scrutiny even if you’re always on top. Terrible experience in Connecticut.
