Pros

Starting pay is exceptional for moderately paced work environment. Advancement opportunities are endless within the company. In the call center, corporate employees have bonus payouts, paid time off, exceptional benefits packages given out after 60 days of employment.

Cons

Coworkers who do not meet sales metrics standards or barely bonus are given endless opportunities to advance yet tenured employees such as myself were scrutinized for not ALWAYS exceeding department averages. I was promoted 3 times after proving myself as a valued asset only to be consistently scrutinized the very few occasions I didnt EXCEED goals although I consistently excelled quarter to quarter, year after year. After reaching your full potential at the call center, you become subject to removal out by upper management.
