Pros

I gained a lot of experience and knowledge that I can apply towards my career elsewhere and the benefits/scheduling flexibility was appreciated. I was able to be creative and liked a majority of the work.

Cons

The company culture is negative - filled with nepotism, poor management on a power trip, and lack of company responsibility to correct issues. A lot of quick decisions, cut backs, and management does not appreciate the hard work you do.

Pros

Nice water cooler, onsite parking. free coffee.

Cons

Took a month to get a desk phone and had to take conference calls on a personal phone. The 'office' was really a storage closet kept at 62 degrees. I never got a company cell phone. Boss was 100% unavailable, real-time communication was impossible and most messages go unanswered. The pay was very low, never should have taken job.
