Pros

Hours 930 am to 6 pm are probably only the pros !

Cons

So many lies and favoritism and undervalued looked upon as nothing by management.! Vacation request is a joke am tells you as soon as you put your request in we will let you know if your approved for that vacation days ! Joke! They dont care they still make you work .you have a person that does scheduling and has favorite employees whom gives days off right away. not fair! As for moving up to manager good luck ! Am thinks you need a college degree to clean units and do deposits! If they dont like you .you will stay asm for ever! You will travel to different stores to work there are tight with paying you miles ! They like to stay in budget for bonus ! dosent care to listening to you if you have complaint about managerthats been for years will stand up for manager even if there in the wrong ! ! Ur title means clean and clean Reason so many employees quit. Its not about how big the store or how much traffic there is ! its the sm that treat you with no respect! They will watch you on camera and leave you a list of cleaning to do ! you get promised a good wage when hired and dont give it to you ! And if you complain all the way to HR you will be retaliated eventually get fired for speaking up! Not worth it.

Pros

Steady hours, responsibilities, and usually little micromanagement.

Cons

Corporate is starting to try to squeeze every cent of profit they can from both customers and cutting costs regardless of the effect of customers and employees

Love my job - not the Company

Pros

Co-workers and customers are great. The job itself is very enjoyable. Each day is different, renting spaces, taking payments, property maintenance, and banking are just a few of the daily tasks and responsibilities. Making a customer smile and helping them out is most rewarding.

Cons

Constant micromanaging, daily threats of disciplinary action for the most inane things, like not completing an intro call within a 30 minute time limit. Daily policy and procedural changes rolled out with insufficient training or on an incomplete basis. Being chastised daily by an Area Manager for not reaching goals, most of which are set to high to begin with. Home Office totally out of touch with store employees. Current group just concerned with the almighty dollar and don’t care about alienating their employees and customers. Work hard, meet goals and the quarterly bonus still stinks.
