Cons

-working during times when the rest of the world is not -lacked of gratitude for hard work from superiors (unless you're hitting sales goals)

Pros

Free membership and beautiful people. Nice office.

Cons

Work life balance is bad. Old technology. IT senior managers are worried about covering their backsides. No advancement for developers.

Pros

Young work environment can make it fun. Great part time job because you create your own schedule, unfortunately they will not hire someone directly part time, you must start full time.

Cons

This is a sales job with zero base pay. Management is only focused on hitting their numbers. Compensation is 100% commission with absolutely no incentive to reach your 'goal'. Obtaining clients is hard, all new members are sent to a select group of trainers so unless you're in that group you're expected to walk around the gym talking to people or making cold calls to members.
