Pros

You meet and work with wonderful people! From the club members to your fellow team members you come in contact with and interact with a wide range of individuals. And you get a free gym membership.

Cons

There is constant pressure to market and sell with the guise of building "your" business but this company is all about profit and it made me feel manipulated. Lots of subtle threats such as be ready to recite mission statement verbatim at any time or risk termination. Huge turnover of employees.

Pros

Free membership. Relationships with customers. That’s about it. I just need a 20 word minimum so I’m going to keep typing. Move onto the cons!

Cons

Long hours The “little people” are not cared about Too corporate A lot of work...and NO pay. Barely over minimum wage. Cannot support yourself working here. Hard to get promoted- management will choose their friends over hard working employees. Extremely “cliquey” I’ve only ever had horrible bosses there. (I’ve had 4 bosses, all awful) Sexual harassment If you’re not a part of the “friend group” and suck up to everyone...you will go nowhere.

Pros

Great place to network and meet people. Free gym membership Health conscious environment Great job to have while in HS or college

Cons

Upper management watches your every move on cameras. Constant membership changes that upset members and end up making your job harder. Not a lot of room for advancement Unmotivated employees Long hours of standing in one spot Non competitive pay
