Pros

The facilities are amazing; the cafe has great food, spa is fantastic and most of the people who work here are outstanding.

Cons

LifeTime is a terrible place to work. I didn’t believe the reviews and took a job here thinking I could help change the culture. Sorry to say it’s not possible unless they clean house in the c-suite. They will tell you they care about you and that they want you to take “healthy living time” and get your own workout in, but most employees are so overworked and burned out they never do. Most people who work there are unhealthy, stressed out and unhappy. The disconnect between corporate and the gyms is awful. The decision makers in this company are clueless to just how negative the environment is in most of the gyms. Many good people have been beaten down into just not giving a crap anymore. Also, the way the 60 day challenge is run and what’s expected of the training Staff for this event is a joke. The person who came up with this concept and the goal numbers set should be fired.

Pros

Very clean, well maintained gym with very nice members and employees

Cons

The WORST upper management! District and regional managers give conflicting directions, communication is poor with corporate sending info to departments heads after members receive communication in general emails` leaving departments to scramble to not look uninformed , employee appreciation is ZERO- demand overtime/no work life balance as the club is often understaffed. Rarely give raises, constantly pressuring department heads to reduce labor costs
