Pros

You get a free platinum membership if you are at a platinum gym or lower, if you are at a higher one you get the membership to the level gym you work at. You're allowed 12 guest in a 12 month span but each person can only come once every 60 days. You get discounts to things in the cafe (but only on things that the staff can make and on supplements) and in in spa (but only on things done to you and on products). You will meet a ton of people, make friends, and a lot of networking.

Cons

Way under paid Demands too much Big brother is always watching No room for growth (unless you're incredibly lucky) No work/life balance This company pushes the heck out of everything. They want you to know everything about everything, regardless if you work in that department or not. The members think they are entitled to everything. They have random audits and have unrealistic goals. They demand so much from each individual but the pay doesn't compensate whatsoever. The Manager on duty tops out at $15/hr but only on the days they are MOD, otherwise it drops down to their normal pay grade. They try to attempt to push the "culture" but usually only in times when they know corperate is coming and if we get a really bad aduit. Unless your in high school looking for a 1st job or a college student looking for a little bit of extra cash, I would stay away from this place at all cost, there is so much better that you can find

Pros

Gym membership, some really great people that you work with

Cons

Home-grown talent typically has no idea how to actually run this company when they move into leadership. HR is an absolute train wreck, starting at the top (SVP running HR has no background in business other than Lifetime). Do not ever expect to be valued as an employee in the corporate office supporting the business (I.E. if you are in IT, Marketing, etc). This company does not know how to manage corporate employees. This company knows one thing, and that is how to build and manage clubs, period. Far too much recognition and promotion for those who are within the CEO's inner circle. CEO is visionary but utterly blind to his own weaknesses and how they destroy the company's potential and profitability. In particular, he is very prescriptive with business tactics. He literally tells the business what to do rather than allowing them to assess the profitability and viability of a given tactic. Most of his prescriptions result in stalling momentum, re-work, or at worst, significant spend that ultimately is thrown on the trash heap because it was never analyzed before execution. So many good people, so much potential for a health work environment. It's really tragic. You have to try really hard to screw up a company that could be so good.

Pros

Free membership, not much else that's positive.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, poor upper management, poor experience overall. Every department has numbers to hit and that's all management focuses on instead of their staff.
