      Over worked, under appreciated, lied to during interviewing about how quickly growth opportunities are. Small budgets for departments. Unrealistic expectoration and policies from corporate. TERRIBLE BENEFITS AND INSURANCE

      Pros

      beautiful facility, access to all amenities, great in the summer, discount of spa services and restaurant.

      Cons

      too many hours that are not paid for. the every day meetings at 1pm are unnecessary and should be paid for. if you are not making sales constantly you are not making any money to live off of. they reel you in with a whole idea that because that clientele has money, sales will be easy because they have so much money. long days, and 12 hour days the last 3 days of the month. forget about having any friendships or life outside of work.
