      -Gym membership (only useful if you live near one)

      Cons

      -Utter lack of management skills from the top down. -Ideas and problem solving not encouraged, strictly do as you are told. -Random layoffs -Terrible work culture - most employees are miserable -"HR" is on there to protect the company, they don't care about you. -The benefits suck.

      Pros

      Give full health benefits, better compensation than most corporate gyms.

      Cons

      Insane hours for the pay 70+, very limited growth in the company due to the fact the managers are very underpaid. They make your pay checks so confusing you can't actually tell if its right or not. The management has no character and will break rules including legal ones to try and hit ridiculous monthly sales goals sent down by corporate.

      Fun environment to be in. Most people were friendly. Good Training.

      Cons

      Bad communication. I was let go because I didn't attend meetings I was unaware of. They let me go via text message. Is that even legal????
