      -Free $200 dollar membership -Usually personal trainers will workout with you for no cost -Around food all day

      -Pay is low -Never had a break -Usually understaffed

      Lots of "Pivoting"

      Pros

      Profit sharing for Concierge Level II & above. You're able to build relationships with members and you have a closer relationship with the GM then most team members.

      Cons

      Be ready for lots of changing. Corporate likes to make a LOT of changes with very little notice and communication. Employee appreciation and recognition are low and turnover is high. Corporate likes to control everything but because they're short staffed (for many reasons), decisions, hiring, promotions, pay raises, communications, etc take MUCH longer to process, causing locations to struggle & overwork their team members.
