Pros

Fantastic environment with the ability to make a lot of money. You have to put in the work and be able to sell personal training. Some people complain about the sales aspect, but if you’re bad at sales, don’t be a personal trainer anywhere because you have to sell personal training, no matter where you are if you want to help people. It’s a great place to work.

Cons

My only gripe was the first 120 days being on hourly pay but it’s worth it to get past it and get switched over to commission

Expect you to work for free and then take around 50% of all of your sales and training income Disconnected upper management that creates club environments where managers are in direct competition with team, taking all of the new member leads Since going public, management decisions have consistently shown caring only about profiting and not holding true to company mission
