Pros

Supportive team members and a great environment to be in so long as your managers are not passive aggressive.

Cons

Too many. LT likes to make promises and tell you they're going to do things that almost rarely if ever end up happening. Little room for upward movement. They do not follow the performance evaluation standard for every three months to make you eligible for a raise so you have to fight tooth and nail for even a nickel more.
