      Members, some amazing staff, free gym membership

      Cons

      Overworked managers, and underpaid staff which causes crazy amounts of turnover, they do not practice what they preach and do not give you the proper support to complete what they are asking of you, upper management have all been trained to be manipulative and are not held accountable until things are completely out of control.
