Pros

Free membership is number one for sure, creating relationships with both staff and members, ended up babysitting/nannying for 10+ families I met (which is supposed to be hush-hush, don't tell your manager), child center hours don't conflict with life outside of work

Cons

Very clique-y between departments. Members I babysat for used to tell me they could feel the tension as soon as they walked into the club. Working with 16 year isn't the best - lot's of skipped shifts/not taking their jobs seriously/not wanting to pick up shifts. HIGH turnover of staff. My FIRST day I was thrown into the infant room alone with 5 babies (out of ratio).
