Pros

Free membership, access to clubs all over the country

Cons

Managers are untrained and cannot communicate effectively. Internal hiring relies on looks and show, not how well people work. Took me a long time just to move up one position. There are no consequences for not doing a good job, just told to "coach people up", which makes it much harder for people who actually do their job. They talk a lot about everyone helping out and a family-style culture, but there is a clear hierarchy depending on what uniform you're wearing.

Pros

Great training and management. They do not have the “car salesman” approach to sales, it’s more of a genuine want/need to help people. Those in leadership are helpful and constructive, it’s obvious they want you to succeed and will help you get there.

Cons

Monthly quotas can be unrealistic at times.
