      Good for part-time, free membership if you go to the gym

      Pros

      The membership is free and the equipment is amazing. Some customers are pretty cool and you can make relationships. All of my fellow associates/supervisors are really great people and so are people in other departments.

      Cons

      Management truly does not care at all about representing you. It's you vs. them. If there is a complaint or dispute, there is no recourse and any complaint no matter the context is essentially a nail on your coffin.

      Pros

      I love the environment and my coworkers. The overall company vision is great.

      Cons

      As a manager it is draining to be expected to work a minimum of 45 hours and is usually closer to 60, and being told to work 6 days per week. Very little PTO for al levels of management, told you cannot take your weekend days next to your pto days.
