      Pros

      I got to work on a team to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the gym and learned a lot about how to communicate effectively.

      Cons

      Given that members are paying a good amount of money to go to Life Time, they can be a bit demanding and rude. You as an employee have to simply accept this treatment and try to help in whichever way you can.

      Benefits, constant leads walking in the door, discounts on CECs and certifications.

      Cons

      high turn-over rate in all departments, company values for gym members do not apply to team members, they say they care about members but really they just care about how much you can upsell them, and it's hard to stand behind your General Manager when he is a scum bag.

      Always pushing for more every month, can get draining Lead gen is a necessary evil but will grow your business
