      can't get away from work

      beautiful well-equipped facility for exercise, decent cafe with team member discounts, some good co-workers

      horrible manager, revolving door in sales department, understaffing means forced to work long hours, commission only

      Pros

      They do have a great benefits package. The convenience of a free membership is good if you're able to find the time to work out.

      Cons

      you are forced to regularly work 80+ hours a week if you have any hope of meeting your required goals. You can easily make more money working anywhere else if you divide your pay by the hours you have to work. The management in this company is comprised of some of the most incompetent individuals I have ever come across. It makes you wonder if the majority of them have been exposed to any form of formal education. Keep in mind there is NO base pay whatsoever. Many times you are NOT given the basic tools to succeed. "oh really? It's slow? Just hand out some more free passes".

      Pros

      -free gym membership -almost everyone i've worked with were nice/friendly -discounted services on kid activities, team classes, salon prices, and cafe items.

      Cons

      -General Manager hires dumb people -General Manager is rarely there -General Manager plays favoritism -high turnover rate -higher pay (min. wage for almost all employee that start off, unless certain manager "likes/knows" you)
