Pros
Great for networking. The upper management has your back if you're being abused by a client. Lots of classes available to enrich your customer service and personal skills. Strong Team Atmosphere. If you wish to climb a corporate ladder, you have every opportunity. Most of the clientele are friendly and excited to see a familiar face.
Cons
The pay is minimum wage for most positions (some far lower), leading to high turnover. They use a stick and carrot approach to motivating employees; lots of false promises, bait and switch tactics for filling positions. No universal scheduling program.
