Pros

-Free club membership -Ability to work out during work hours -Chance to work in an industry you're passionate about (if applicable) -Co-workers at your level actually appreciate what you do and share interests

Cons

-Leadership is a revolving door (at least on the Athlinks/events teams) and often won't take the time to listen to team members and actually make effective change. -The nepotism in this place is off the charts. Friends/family of team members will ALWAYS come before qualified individuals. -Unwillingness to invest in existing team members regardless of their performance or tenure. An entire team was outsourced with exactly zero planning. Now the place is run by contractors who aren't loyal and "Directors" who simply show up for a pay check. -Poor pay and benefits compared to comparable companies/positions. -The "Healthy Way of Life Company" has the worst work/life balance I've ever seen (unless you're a Director or higher). -Existing team members are always expected to do more with less (resources, pay, support, etc). -This company cannot run events or launch a software product to save its life. If you see a position with Athlinks/events/anything in the Colorado office steer clear! This is a culture of fake promises, incompetent leadership and a totally and utterly failing business.

Pros

Availability to have multiple clients, nice gym and amazing facility to train your clients in, easy access to members and business building opportunities

Cons

The pay was not worth the amount of work that they required from us. We would bust our butts at the end of the month to produce sales for the company but we wouldn't see much in return

Pros

I was able to work with some great people who I have made life-long friendship with. The relationships that you create with your team and members are a positive. Had the chance to work with a good Sales Manager (no longer at the club), Regional Sales Manager and Area Director. I worked for LTF for over a year and was successful during my time there.

Cons

You learn nothing from the company, build no new skill sets and your creative abilities are oppressed. Your pay structure changes every month, how are you supposed to make or want to make a career out of uncertain pay? They want good people to stay when there is no system or structure in place to keep them. You have no work-life balance.
