      met some really nice patients, and had some really good co-workers

      Cons

      no room for advanceement; poor managers who pit employess against one another, too much favoritism towards some, lack of values and morals, hard time reaching unit manager always had to call her cell phne, lack of trust amongst many staff- ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED, exceptionally high turnover rate amongst nurses even agency didn't want to renew
