I can’t think of any. They were great and offered great benefits but everything changed

Cons

No room for professional growth. They offer no maternity leave besides the 12 weeks non paid FMLA. You can’t even use all your PTO to cover after having a baby

Pros

Great place to start if you are trying to start your career in healthcare . The floor staff are amazing and work very hard.

Cons

Unfortunately upper management only cares about the bottom line and getting people in and out not their actual care . They put staff last and will BURN YOU OUT IF YOU STAY! Benefits are also very subpar.

Small network, can be beneficial to utilize the smaller organization to some in the Health Administration field.

Cons

Inefficient organizational structure - not the best from a career path standpoint from what I've seen. Hard to catapult up if little opportunities to do so are available. (Certain divions/depts this will not apply of course)
