Pros

The MS (Musculoskeletal Technician) job pays well--especially if you're willing to learn and work hard and work the 2nd (3pm to 11pm) or 3rd (11pm to 7am) shifts. LifeNet Health is usually hiring as it is still an expanding company and they hope to boost production considerably in the coming years..

Cons

These can be a 'Pro's' depending on your point of view: The work is very physical (you'll be standing a lot, scraping and cutting human bones and cutting human tissue). The work is very cleanliness conscious (washing hands a lot, donning clean room/operating room garments, wearing shoe covers, being careful where you step, checking cleanliness of the clean room, and cleaning the clean room afterward). The work is social (you must be able to talk and work with other people because you cannot work a clean room by yourself). The work is mental (you must verify with your clean room teammate that you are working the correct donor, you must learn the 'specs' [the size and shape of many grafts], you must learn learn processing and packing procedures, and you must make sure your paperwork is clear, accurate, and double-checked by your clean room partner before you sign off on it). If you can do those things, you'll do fine.
