      Pros

      Open schedule, maximum overtime available. You will accumulate a lot of vacation time. Good learning environment that keeps you on your medical knowledge feet.

      Cons

      Atmosphere is unfriendly. Front desk is friendly but beyond that desk of sweet ladies it's like being the new kid in school everyday. There are many experienced workers who are sour, angry and hate being there. All in all there is no comradeship or cheer in the department.

      Large company with many ways to advance

      Difficult management, draining office environment, requires 15 days on call plus 40 hours office time, even if it means just sitting around milking the clock.
