Pros

The mission of saving lives is very real and something I am proud to contribute to every day

Cons

Very top heavy in management. Have seen people go into management roles based off of amount of time with the company and not knowledge and skills. HR does not listen if you take any issued regarding management to them, they will make you fee like it is your fault. The work-life balance is terrible, most people are expected to come in early/work late and are judged if you leave on time. PTO is incredibly hard to build, especially with COVID still going on. We are now on a 5 day quarantine, however most schools/daycares are doing 10 days so if you are a parent and have to stay home then you burn through leave quickly.

Pros

Great mission! Love what Lifenet stands for and how they help others. They do great work with families and grafts.

Cons

The pay is low in comparison to what we do compared to other agencies. Anytime pay concerns are brought up the people who make 3x what we do tell us we get paid enough and do not need additional compensation. They are constantly adding on extensive job task with no additional pay or training. Training is horrific with no set standards. Processes are constantly changing with little notice or training. There is an overwhelming amount of work and minimal staffing. We are getting more task added, with less staff, and pay that stays the same.
