      Pros

      Free food, company perks, good benefits, and meet some great people.

      Cons

      Some managers are horrible and need to take a few training classes on sensitivity. They can be rude and work you hard. Pay is all over the place, new people come in and make more than seasoned employees. Imagine training someone who makes more than you. Company doesn't really care about employees. You're just employee #1564379, just like in jail, you're just a number.

      Working with employees devoted to a strong mission is rewarding. Compensation and benefits are amazing. Leadership keeps us poised & prepped for the future.
