Pros

Can’t think of any for the past five years.

Cons

Used to love working there. The positive parts of this workplace have rapidly dissolved. It used to be a tight-knit, family of coworkers. Now it is full of unknown faces and low morale. Zero opportunity for promotion in some departments, while others seem to have an over-abundance of Supervisors and Leads. Dress code is ridiculous considering the majority of the company wears scrubs and the rest of the people are rarely seen by the public. All should be able to wear scrubs. Unity!
