Close community in EMS, great management! Feel like family!

Cons

Can be stressful and long hours… but it EMS. Were a different kind of breed.

Great schedule, competitive pay considering hours worked, tuition reimbursement, 401k match, plenty of time off

Cons

Minimal opportunity for advancement. Raises other than cost of living(which does not match inflation) could be more frequent. Transfers are almost a guarantee every shift, and they are usually 3-4 hours round trip.
