Your fellow DSP's, admin, supervisors, can always be depended on. The residents will remind you that adversity, whether emotional or physical can be overcome.

I can't think of any. The loss of a resident is obviously felt by all, yet it brings us all closer, renewing our purpose. I mean that for staff and residents.
