Pros

Any organization that provides services to people with special needs should be commended for it.

Cons

Very dated work processes and traditional silo management system. Inbred management that has been around too long and needs to bring in some fresh blood to better serve individuals.

Great employees, not so much with management who resists change.

Pros

People we supported are awesome, many of the staff are good and trying their best to do the job, but some in management make life difficult for the good employees.

Cons

Nepotism has been the theme at the company for years, and those in control resists change, even change which will benefit people served. In general, programs are underfunded and money is not used to best serve the clients.

Thank you for honest review of LifeQuest. I am glad that you found the people supported and many staff to be a positive. Since this review was written LifeQuest has a new Executive Director. Pam Hanna is doing a good job in leading the company in a very positive direction.
