Pros

Good experience. Staff really care about the clients.

Cons

Crappy facilities, Crappy pay, upper management could care less about you.

Thank you for your review and your recognition of our caring staff. Community behavioral health programs are underfunded and we will continue to advocate for better rates so we can provide quality services and continue to increase wages for our dedicated employees.

Some really great co-workers, who are trying against the odds to help clients

Cons

Incompetent upper management, all about revenue and productivity, not able to provide good client care, low pay, high turn over, bad employee morale
