I can't think of one except a paycheck.

Cons

There is no opportunity for advancement, no pay raises, the benefits are lousy. If you are in corporate world you are untouchable.... otherwise.... you are at the whim of being their patsy.

The intent of the mission is admirable.

Cons

The leadership has its head in the sand regarding serious integration issues impacting the entire platform. Systems are bogged down across the board - IT, finance, human resources, EHR. Massive frustration on the part of productive employees and no sense of urgency toward resolution. Wondering if the investment group really knows about all of the poor decision making and gridlock going on. Male-dominated, competitive culture. No clear vision nor direction.

Work from home and some flexibility in schedule.

Cons

Lack of communication, leadership and genuine understanding of hardships on employees when they aren’t paid as they should and lack of availability of anyone to talk to employees. Having your manager belittle you in front of your teammates. Caused me to fall into a deep depression.
