The people are great. I have enjoyed all of my coworkers and they are all knowledgeable about each of their fields.

Cons

Administration and micromanagement by upper management. We receive hours for sick pay, but can only use them if we are out over 3 days.

It's a job, which comes with a pay check, so that's promising

Cons

Some management at the corporate level, I mean HSC, are battle axes, ruling with a fear style approach. This is a great job if you like: Micromanaging- check, threatening management styles- you bet, layers of inefficiencies- absolutely.
