Pros

I liked working with the doctors and some of the nurses and taking care of my patients.

Cons

There weren’t any incentives and very little raises. Management was poor with very little team work. More people finding ways to get out of work than doing the work. Outdated computer system.. not user friendly at all.

Cons

Chronically understaffed Puts profit margins over employee health and safety Refused to keep employees safe- hired older security guards, overweight security guards who for the most part were physically incapable of helping in an emergency; would not get metal detectors even after a major security incident No incentives for increased education, certifications, or experience
