Pros

Insurance medical and dental are good and some of the people her okay

Cons

Long hours minimal pay and not much advancement for such a small town with one hospital and the people are not happy with it at all

Pros

Great culture in theory. When encountering a dilemma, we always considered what "the right thing to do" was and tried to follow that. Great leadership development program. Good benefits.

Cons

The culture can be very different by department. Some are great and some I would not recommend.

Pros

Opportunity to grow in both operations management and finance as well as IT positions of multiple specialties. Excellent benefits package and incentives. Growing company through acquisitions and affiliations of hospitals in many states.

Cons

Healthcare is now a very challenging industry due to downward pressure on revenues and multiple challenges in a highly regulated industry
