For profit means cutting people, cutting salaries doing more and more for less and less. These people will work you till you die and not pay you

CEO would show up in the middle of the night during major incidents

Cons

Chronically understaffed Puts profit margins over employee health and safety Refused to keep employees safe- hired older security guards, overweight security guards who for the most part were physically incapable of helping in an emergency; would not get metal detectors even after a major security incident No incentives for increased education, certifications, or experience
