Everything comes from the top down, no accountability for anyone up the chain.

Unrealistic Expectiations

Pros

Pay was reasonable. Most employees work a standard 8 hour day. Work space was adequate .

Cons

Workload not manageable in a 45 hour work week. Leadership lacked transparency. Difficult to work with other departments and move forward on projects. Not a patient centered company like you are made to believe. Unnecessary amount of unproductive meetings.
