      -3 day-12hr shifts -Flexible job status (PT, FT, PRN options) -Opportunity to development clinical assessment skills and program admission coordination -Potential for training/licensure supervision (depends on the desired license and it is to the supervisor's discretion if they are willing and able to provide this.)

      Cons

      -High turnover/understaffed -No security and limited safety training/frequently unsafe working conditions -Inconsistent management/unclear expectations, management does not listen to employee concerns/feedback -Poor pay and little to no raises, no financial incentives -Limited opportunities for advancement and/or inter-organization transfers

      Pros

      Some pros for this position was that it allowed for me to work from home and give me the break that I needed from the bedside. Allowed for me to meet some amazing co-workers.

      Cons

      Some cons of this company is that it is total corporate takeover. No room for growth or raise, we were told that we would be getting a 3% raise by next Oct 2025. For my pay, it wouldn't have even been a $1. Low pay for the amount of work we are required today. Horrible turnover, we have lost so many employees in the last 4 months since are manager left and keep continuing to loose people.
