Pros

The Keller location (Northwest) had good staff. Friendly and easy to collaborate with.

Cons

This will be long. This company bought Mesa Springs around the junction between 2023 and 2024. Ever since Lifepoint took over, working there was more difficult than ever. There was not enough staffing, they would refuse to hire more people to cover therapists or van drivers who were leaving, and we struggled for a few months to get new supplies and things to help with the kids. Once I became enrolled in graduate school, I was put down from full-time to PRN (since my position is not part-time available) which is fine. What I was not told was that as PRN if you don't work within a set time, you get laid off. I was not told this by coworkers, management, or admin. I was not informed of being laid off until months later. Upon stepping down I was told they would reach out to me for any fill-in positions if I was needed and nothing more was said. In the meantime I had to find freelance work to get myself through school since no one was contacting me. 5 months later I received an exit survey unprompted, which was confusing. When trying to contact literally any member of management or HR, I was informed that the person either no longer worked there or they were unavailable and to call back another time. Getting anyone on the phone for this company is worse than pulling teeth. Do not expect to get help, to find contact information, or to have anyone answer or return a single phone call. It was frustrating. But I also hadn't received my COBRA packet. You are entitled to getting a packet from COBRA, administered by the company (Lifepoint), to continue health benefits after stepping down from full-time. Once again, could not get ahold of anyone. It took me going up to an administration building for me to get any answers, in which I was given the run around about getting my COBRA information. I was told they would contact Lifepoint HR for me, but did not give me their contact directly. It has been over 7 months. I've been referred to multiple different people all directing me to each other, which is frustrating. tl;dr -Bad management -Do not care about their employees -Will fire you without notice -Will not help you maintain healthcare
