Pros

Lifespark has been an absolutely wonderful company to work for. I have never worked for a company that truly valued me as an employee. I can honestly say all management has been a pleasure to work with. Lifespark cares for their employee’s and that truly makes coming to work every day a fun and positive experience.

Cons

The only downside I can come up with is of coarse Mother Nature. Proper planning and time management in the winter is a must. On the positive, who doesn’t love being able to be out in the fresh air!

Pros

Work culture is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and cheerful. If I ask someone in upper management for help or need a question answered they are cheerful and do not make me feel like I interrupted them from something. Everyone wants everyone to succeed. I have the best team, we all want our clients to get better and we work as a team to do that.

Cons

Lots of driving, some days can be stressful and you may drive outside our assigned area to see clients based on needs of the company. Some managers are all about productivity not quality of the visits you are doing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience working at Lifespark over the past few years. It's wonderful to hear that you've found the work culture to be so positive, with supportive colleagues and an upper management team that values open communication. It's clear that teamwork and a shared goal of helping clients are central to your experience, which is encouraging. We recognize that driving can be a challenge, and we're continuously reviewing ways to improve work-life balance and minimize stress related to travel. Your insights on client acuity and the time needed for proper care are very valuable, and we will pass this along to the appropriate areas. Thank you again for your honest feedback—your dedication to our clients and your team does not go unnoticed.
