      Pros

      Best part of this job is being able to collect and share the amazing work done by our passionate team. The culture rocks (just join a quarterly Company meeting to see the passion in action) but most importantly, they are all here to make a difference for the seniors we serve. That is evident every single day.

      Pros

      Every day I go to work knowing I'm making a difference to our clients, their families, and our staff. We take a holistic approach, person centered approach to the services we provide to our clients and have built a culture of transparency and inclusiveness. I have worked many places in my career and Lifespark is by far the best place I've worked. Our leaders truly care and actually listen. When you feel supported and motivated, you will pass that passion on to your clients!

      Cons

      None - our triage nurses take over at 5pm and on call rotation is every 5th or 6th weekend. Case loads are manageable and there is a team to help if you're feeling overwhelmed.

      Pros

      Lifespark has been an absolutely wonderful company to work for. I have never worked for a company that truly valued me as an employee. I can honestly say all management has been a pleasure to work with. Lifespark cares for their employee’s and that truly makes coming to work every day a fun and positive experience.

      Cons

      The only downside I can come up with is of coarse Mother Nature. Proper planning and time management in the winter is a must. On the positive, who doesn’t love being able to be out in the fresh air!
