No raises since employment, no bonuses, overload your work schedule and then give bad reviews if you didn’t use your breaks to breathe as time to get everything done, stress you out by overworking you and stress you out regarding productivity if it’s slow, rarely get to take lunch, no bonuses, rapidly quitting staff due to being so short staffed and overloading their current employees, responsible for unlicensed staff’s bad behavior or mistakes, very negative environment, poor communication, entirely focused on money and billable hours, rapidly changing but does not ensure the policies they put in place run smoothly or work, do not take suggestions from employees seriously, bad mouths employees who leave and say “they’re just not right for this job”, not enough pto, not enough training for employees, prioritizes on boarding new customers over their current ones. Disney world environment where they talk about “sparking lives” but are strictly focused on squeezing productivity and billable hours out of their employees rather than setting them up for success. All they did during pandemic was plow forward and stress out their employees working through a crisis.
