Best Job I’ve Ever Had as a Nurse!

Lifespark is truly a one of kind place to work, utilizing so many resources and services under one umbrella! I’ve had the privilege to work for them as a Home Health RN Case Manager and it truly is the best position I’ve had as a nurse throughout my almost decade in healthcare both in and out of the hospital setting! The managers truly care about you and want you to succeed. The training is impeccable and you never truly feel alone. The case load is very manageable seeing about 5 clients a day. The opportunities for growth both professionally and through education is tremendous! I love the vision of the company and you can just tell the CEO is so passionate about “sparking lives”! Working with this population has opened my eyes to how much need there truly is in the community setting but how much we can do through lots of resources! I’m so, so thankful I found this company as I work to impact the communities around me.

Cons

If you are not big on travel, this might not be the job for you, but I quite enjoy the breaks between clients!
