Pros

I joined Lifesprk full-time just as the COVID-19 pandemic was blowing up. Where most workplaces were waiting it out or putting people on furlough, my Lifesprk teammates went into overdrive to protect clients and employees, at the same time pushing forward with a number of big projects. I have been in the workforce for many years, and have never experienced such a motivated, engaged, inspiring team -- from the care providers on the front lines all the way to the CEO.

Cons

Lifesprk is growing so fast, it can be challenging to keep up with all the changes!

Cons

-medical/insurance benefits can be a bit much if you are on your own plan -otherwise none!
