Thank you for sharing your heartfelt and emotion-filled response – we appreciate your honesty. We are also troubled to hear that some of our team may be experiencing this. The pandemic has certainly accelerated the need to grow our business and to serve more seniors quickly simply because we have to. We are busy because our nurses, caregivers, and team are so good at what they do that people want the experience our team is providing and we are grateful for their compassion and commitment. We also realize this can place a heavy burden, even temporarily, on our team who are going above and beyond. However, we also don’t want to jeopardize our workforce. We believe there’s a way to balance demand, growth, and your experience simultaneously and we’d love to talk further to learn from your experience.
